PRICING INFORMATION
Cypress Property Services is proudly focused on the North Shore, serving customers from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay, including North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Our service rates include professional labour, standard tools and equipment, and small quantities of commonly used basic supplies such as screws, fasteners, anchors, tape, and similar consumables. Our $120 Call-Out rate also includes the service call to your location and the first hour of labour.
Small quantities of basic supplies and commonly used fasteners are included at no additional charge. Materials purchased specifically for your project, including larger quantities, specialty hardware, replacement parts, lumber, drywall, fixtures, and other project-specific items, are not included. These materials are charged to the customer at their actual purchase cost
If we need to make a trip to a supplier or store to purchase or pick up materials or specific items for your project, a $40 material pick-up fee applies. This fee is separate from the actual cost of the materials.
If we need to make a trip to dispose of waste, debris, or unwanted materials from your project, a $40 disposal trip fee applies. Any fees charged by a dump, transfer station, recycling facility, or other disposal facility are separate from our $40 disposal trip fee. These fees are passed on to the customer at the actual cost charged by the facility.
The $120 Call-Out Rate includes the first hour of labour. After the first hour, additional labour is charged at $80 per hour and billed in 30-minute increments. Each additional 30-minute increment is therefore $40. For larger projects, our half-day or full-day rates may provide better value.
Emergency, urgent, and after-hours appointments may be subject to higher service rates, pricing depends on the timing, location, and nature of the work required. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer, cash, or cheque. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. For larger projects, a deposit or progress payments may be required. Any payment requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. To cancel or reschedule, simply contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to arrange another available time.
